Administrative Divisional Coordinator – CMG Home Loans (Florida)

CMG Home Loans is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Divisional Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to two Vice Presidents overseeing the state of Florida and its branch locations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain Vice Presidents’ calendars and schedules.
  • Oversee facilities lease administration, including renewals and terminations.
  • Track overtime (OT) as required.
  • Draft and distribute recognition and appreciation emails.
  • Manage birthday and anniversary communications for divisional staff.
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure timely completion of required trainings within the sales force.
  • Provide support to Branch Managers and Operations Managers as needed.

 

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Review and approve lender credit (pricing) requests.
  • Process commission lead source updates and ensure proper coding.
  • Manage LOBS deficit reporting and resolution.
  • Assist with margin management activities.
  • Process rescore approval requests.
  • Coordinate compensation adjustments, including commissions and payroll changes.
  • Generate and analyze reports in Domo.

 

Event Management

  • Manage all aspects of the divisional event approval process.
  • Reviewing and pre-approving event requests.
  • Ensuring all required forms are accurately completed.
  • Coordinating and confirming divisional approval for events and related expenses.

 

Recruiting & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare offer letters and assist with the new hire process in collaboration with HR.
  • Coordinate with corporate onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Facilitate new hire welcome communications and processes.

 

Marketing Support

  • Assist Divisional Managers with social media presence, including posting content and managing messaging.

 

Servicing Support

  • Assist branch teams in resolving client servicing issues by liaising with appropriate internal departments.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
  • Ability to always be professional.
  • Highly prefer someone with Mortgage Industry experience.

 

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

 

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

 

Base Compensation Information -

CMG pays a competitive hourly rate which ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour plus potential bonus. Factors that affect salary may include: Administrative/clerical experience, mortgage experience, knowledge of mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience, and education.
